- Travel must begin by 7:00 am.
- First quarter is from 6:00 am to 12:00 noon. First quarter reimbursement may not be made if travel began after 7:00 am.
$14.00 Lunch
- Must be in travel 1 hour before and at least 1 hour after (must be in travel by 11:00 am and after 1:00 pm.)
- Second quarter is from 12:00 noon to 6:00 pm.
$22.00 Dinner
- Must be in travel 1 hr before and at least 1 hr after (must be in travel by 5:00 pm and after 7:00 pm.)
- Third quarter is from 6:00 pm to twelve midnight.
