The North Dakota Career and Technical Education Professional Development Conference is excited to welcome Kristi Huber as a featured keynote speaker for the 2026 conference.

Kristi will kick off the conference as the Monday General Session Keynote Speaker, inspiring attendees to embrace the first year of our three-year conference theme, Pathways to Mastery: Commit. Complete. Achieve. In addition to her keynote presentation, Kristi will offer two featured workshops on Tuesday, providing participants with additional opportunities to explore leadership, clarity, and personal effectiveness in greater depth.

Kristi Huber is a seasoned executive leader, ICF certified executive coach, strategic advisor, and the founder of Perspective Shift Consulting. She brings over 20 years of experience leading mission driven organizations and high-performing teams, including serving as a non-profit President & CEO and EVP & Chief Marketing Officer. With a track record of navigating complex change, Kristi is known for her ability to build trust, inspire alignment, and drive strategic transformation.

Nominate a Program for the CTE Director's Award of Excellence

This award recognizes excellence in Career and Technical Education programs throughout North Dakota. Eligible nominations may come from secondary, postsecondary or continuing education programs that have been in operation for a minimum of two years and demonstrate cost-effectiveness compared to similar programs. Previous award recipients are not eligible for reconsideration until five years have passed since receiving the award.
